History of Department
The department runs under the Science & Computer Science faculty. In order to develop logic & thinking ability among students the department opened its door in 1989 at B.Sc level & in 1994 at B.Sc(C.S) level. Department organizes a variety of Activities related to Subject & Social issues.
Aim
To develop mathematical curiosity & use inductive, deductive reasoning.
Objectives
1. Develop a feel for numbers, patterns and relationships.
2. An ability to consider and solve problems as well present and interpret results.
